This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members from the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty pleasant hotel and terrific location. I Absolutely recommend The Southbank!

Assuming that you are travelling to Torquay you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. Also a very good vibes.

Stayed for three days with my wife. Beds ended up big enough and the space was normally pretty clean. Staff members were really handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.

Wonderful hotel, every thing is within walking distance. Team are super welcoming and helpful and talk good English. You’ll find activities every single night time and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a little bit noisy but that’s very small. Excellent quality for the money!
