Pretty personnel, magnificent location in pleasant neighbourhood.

Stayed for 7 nights with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the room was always pretty clean. The staff were being very useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

The staff members is a 10, pretty attentive and helpful. The foods, the amenities, everything was Great. We spent an incredible stay plus the supper was perfect. We beloved Palais Royal. We’re going to repeat!

I have booked the room for 5 nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was always clean up. The employees have been incredibly helpful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at every hrs. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really wonderful hotel and wonderful location. I Definitely suggest Palais Royal!

If you are travelling to Ekaterinburg you should book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

Great hotel, everything is very near. Team are super friendly and handy and speak wonderful English. You will find activities each and every evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s pretty slight. Great quality for the price!

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were available at any time. The beds were cozy and the other guests had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Quite good hotel and wonderful area. Surely will advise this hotel!
