Good hotel, everything is very near. Personnel are super friendly and helpful and talk fantastic English. You will discover activities every evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s pretty small. Great value for the price!

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Beds were comfy and the room was usually pretty clean. The staff were pretty handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

I have stayed for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was normally clean. The staff were really useful and welcoming and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Really pleasant and clean spot. The location is excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Beds were being incredibly cozy. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance nevertheless it is excellent for an entire night rest. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably book once more for my future visit to Bernkastel Kues.
