The staff members is a ten, extremely attentive and helpful. The food stuff, the services, every thing was very good. We enjoyed a great stay and the supper was tasty. We liked Thermal Hotel Balmaz. We will come back there!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members on the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Extremely pleasant hotel and terrific area. I Definitely advise this place!

Pretty good and perfectly clean spot. The area where is located is excellent, precisely what we preferred. Beds were very nice. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is excellent for an entire night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve once again for my next stop by here.

Super place, everything is very near. Staff members are tremendous friendly and useful and speak excellent English. You can find activities each and every night time and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Fantastic value for the price!
