This hotel was really centrally located and the staff in the reception were available at every time. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly nice hotel and terrific location. I Certainly advise this hotel!

Incredibly nice and clean hotel. The location is excellent, just what we needed. Beds were being quite comfy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but it really is great for a full night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably book once more for my next come to Windermere.
