I have stayed for seven nights with my fiance. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly clean up. The staff were being quite useful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a super social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

You’ll find activities every single night time and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s incredibly minor. Great quality for the price!

Good place, almost everything is few steps. Staff are super friendly and well prepared and talk wonderful English. There are activities each and every night time and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s pretty minor. Great value for the money!

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for five nights for holidays to exploring the place. Polaris is situated in an incredibly central situation, it really is clean as well as the beds are certainly comfy! There is just one detail I would advise heading forward and that is to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, I was very pleased with this place and would definitely suggest it to any one planning to check out Surgut.
