Stayed for 2 days with my spouse. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were really handy and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Great hotel, everything is close. Employees are super welcoming and handy and talk fantastic English. There are activities just about every night and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was my bed for being somewhat squeaky but that’s very slight. Fantastic quality for the money!

Fantastic hotel, everything is nearby. Employees are super pleasant and useful and talk excellent English. There are actually activities each evening and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Great value for the price!

Assuming that you are visiting Puerto de La Cruz you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
